Dr. Arefi received his medical degree in 1992 from Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences in Tehran and graduated from Tehran University of Medical Sciences in 1996 with a specialization in Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Infertility. She completed her Infertility Fellowship in London in 2000 and received advanced laparoscopic training in the same year.

Dr. Arefi’s professional experience includes educational, administrative, and clinical roles in treating infertility, recurrent miscarriage, laparoscopy, and hysteroscopy. She has authored two books, four book chapters, and over 60 articles in national and international journals. She has also participated in more than 20 research projects at various institutions.

Her services include treatment of recurrent miscarriages and unsuccessful pregnancies, advanced laparoscopy, hysteroscopy, in vitro fertilization (IVF), cesarean section, etc. Dr. Arefi performs her diagnostic procedures and surgeries at Erfan and Bahman Hospitals’ specialized infertility treatment centers in Tehran.
